My wife and I are dedicated long time customers at Chandler and Sons Automotive. On Wednesday I took
my Toyota 4Runner in for routine service and a spare tire check since I was off work that day. The spare for my 4 Runner sits up under the rear of the vehicle and it was stuck and wouldn’t budge for me to check tire pressure.
The front desk staff is always friendly and professional and I explained what services I needed and they listened.
They completed all services in about 90 min. 90 minutes would never happen at a manufacturers dealer service center. I chatted with the front desk staff and owner Mike while I waited and the service tech informed me after 90 min he was able to free the spare lowering mechanism and lubricated it. All told a 5 star visit.
