Making an appointment online is very easy. Josh wrote back and was super polite. The text reminders a
re helpful as well as the text to let me know when the car is ready.
Also I heard someone on the phone who was informing a customer of bad news with their vehicle so much empathy and kindness, and helpful options. You don’t find this type of service and care anymore. Excellent work!
