Highly recommended for integrity & excellent customer service
I've had the absolute best customer service from this establishment. Initial visit was for an oil cha
nge and an issue was uncovered when they did an overall check of my vehicle. An estimate was requested and provided same day-straight up information and no upselling to be had. It took me a couple of weeks to schedule the necessary repair (that was on my end, not theirs) and from contactless drop off to in-person pick up of the vehicle I could not be more satisfied. The work was done as promised (and actually ahead of schedule) and I even received an after-service text, inquiring if everything was performing as expected. Thank you to Thaer and the lads for your exceptional customer service and the quality work you perform.

The team at Payson tire Pro explained everything in detail prior to doing the work. The work was done
as explained on time. Their prices are amazing.

This has been the best service I've ever received from any garage.
If you're in Burkburnett or Wichita Falls Tx. I highly recommend Burk Light Truck and Automotive Repair not only are they honest but they're all ASE certified.
