Love my Ioniq 5!

First electric car purchase and we've had a wonderful experience with it! Fun to drive, great to look at and performs as advertised. We were a bit concerned about being an early adopter, but we've had great luck with it so far.

Very happy with my Ioniq5

This is a great EV! It has one of, if not the best, charging times you can get and a good range. The design is unique and eye-catching. I get compliments all the time. It's extremely comfortable and the space is well-designed to be very functional. I especially love the flat floors because I can carry so much more and load/unload things more easily. I like how the console can be flipped back out of the way (and block dogs from trying to get up front). I love the two horizontal screens, as they are easier to see while keeping my eyes on the road. It looks much more innovaoand futuristic and is safer to use than the Tesla screen, which just looks like they stuck sn oPad on the dash - a pretty lazy design. I also live the manual contry for quick things I do while driving, like adjust the climate and media. This is so much more intuitive, quicker, and safer than making everything in a menu you access via touchscreen.

The coolest car on the market

There’s a reason everyone rates this the car of the year. It has all the important safety features, accelerates like a beast, is fun to drive, and looks trendy. I have no regrets about purchasing. I want the IONIQ 7 next

Excellent drive…

Excellent drive between cities and in and around town. Love passing gas stations!!! My fuel costs have dropped by about $200 per month… Acceleration is awesome when needed and of course adjustable. I get lots of compliments from people.

Coftable ,stable on wet roads. I love the way it display on the road. I am looking forward to buy the new Ionic 7. I think we need more technicians and train people that we can go to if something would of happen.

Great looking car

Love the exterior of the car and spacious interior. Plenty of leg room for passengers. Charges quickly and gets a good range. Nice perk to get 2 years of free charging at Electrify America stations. Bluelink app needs some improvement, and they shouldn't charge customers for it (you get app free for only two years!). A lot of technology--can be overwhelming to figure out.

Nice car but can't go on trips as it is hard to find electric charging stations en route

I like this car, it is cute and modern, but what good is it to have a car if i cannot go on a trip with it. The longest distance I travelled was 70 miles to go and return to my home / source location. I cannot plan to go anywhere else, we are taking the second regular vehicle to go on a long trip that is 13 hours driving time. So there is a problem there. Don't sell electric vehicles if you cannot provide charging stations..

Amazing EV

This car convinced me never to buy another gas car ever again. It is quiet, fast, roomy, and the best car I've ever had. The charging experience is easy enough using non-tesla chargers. I wish the car had a little more range, but I've gotten through winter well enough traveling across the state.

Excellent vehicle

We are very happy with the Ioniq 5. A few feature disappoints but overall very satisfied. Navigation system not as good as Apple Car Play maps so we don't use the nav system. Hold and press feature to open the liftgate can be annoying.

2022 Ioniq 5 is a Lemon

I initially loved my 2022 Ioniq 5. Then the ICCU failed and I’ve been without my car for more than a month and counting. No estimate for when I’ll get it back and Huyndai doesn’t seem to care at all

sucks if i can sell he car back I would. car breaks randomly, doorr wont close sometimes. the rear and front senors work when they want. the ac vent cant eturn at all. big heavy rims cant roate them tires.

Best EV for your Dollar

Everything you need in an EV. Great range and fun to drive. This should be the first EV everyone gets. The value for the Ioniq 5 is unmatched. 55,000 miles in the first year $0 maintence costs. Highly recommend

Great first ground up EV

Overall great, not the best at any category but does everything well. Took awhile to get battery preconditioning out, my EV route planner does not filter to DC fast chargers, AC charging is limited and failing at 48amps.

Once a upon a time.

Start worry now about Charging Network ( compare with Tesla ), software update to keep H/W in good shape. ReGen is randomly kick in, dangerous. Rang is very poor ( said 303 ). Only meant for local / commuter car. + Worry about Battery life.

Pretty much the perfect car

Fast, looks good, basically free to operate, roomy, and quiet... Zero problems. What could be better? The color is both unusual and nice. We have solar, do the electrons are free. I love my Porsche, but this is legitimately the best car I have ever owned.

Roomy Car with High Range

We have put 25,000 miles on this car in one year and it has saved us thousands in gas money. This is a great, affordable electric vehicle with lots of interior room for people and stuff. You can fold the seats flat to be able to haul stuff from IKEA or your bike.

Probably the best vehicle on road even in 2023. It’s performance, looks, aesthetics all are outstanding. I love it’s capability of charging to 80% level within max 18 minutes from a commercial DC charger
