Pretty close to perfect

I have been very happy with my Ioniq 5, except my one big complaint is the range. There are some minor annoyances - such as the lack of rear window wiper, and lack of bluetooth connection to Apple Carplay.

Fix the ICCU issue!

Fix the ICCU issue, have EV batteries made in the USA, getting a battery replacement shouldn't take over 4 months to get. Hyundai should never make the customer pay for their rental car during a warranty fix, and warranty fix take 4 months, all while not reimbursing the customer until fix it done. That is unethical way to treat anybody for an issue Hyundai isn't willing to fix.

I LOVE this car!

This car is fantastic! This is the second Hyundai vehicle I've owned; and, much like my previous Hyundai, the quality of design and attention to detail is top notch! I've driven this car for over 20,000 miles and have had no major issues whatsoever. I have a long work commute so I'm grateful to have such a comfortable ride. I would definitely recommend this vehicle to anyone else considering buying an EV and/or looking for a crossover style of vehicle. The only features that I would change/add/fix are relatively minor and include the following: (1) enabling the auto-start feature to include turning on heated/air conditioned seats and the heated steering wheel, (2) enabling the indoor ambient lights to fade through colors and/or synch up with music, (3) fixing an issue with the windshield wiper sensors (sometimes it turns on randomly and other times it doesn't turn on automatically during rainfall), and (4) allowing for more functionality with the steering wheel buttons to enable more control over some of the car features.

Wonderful vehicle with some areas for improvement

The Ioniq 5 is a very smooth, comfortable drive. We love the different settings and the features of this car. There are several areas we would improve, such as: include a back windshield wiper, improvement in window fog, and more durable upholstery.

Best car I've owned in 70 years.

Safest car, most comfortable car, most powerful car, quietest car, lowest operating costs, first electric vehicle after 15 years of hybrids. ICCU failures and long replacement times are ruining this car's reputation and would cause me to caution new buyers.
