Fun to drive vehicle with great Performance!

Great vehicle that is fun to drive and gets great mileage overall (electric), equivalent to a full tank of gas for most other vehicles when the vehicle is fully charged. Lots of cool features in the middle version (SEL) that enhance the vehicle's driveability.

Super car!

Driving experience exceeded all expectations! Climate controls are a must in our hot climate and have performed well. Drive, handling, braking and driving range with fast charging are all very good.

Excellent Veh- Best in Class

The Hyundai Ioniq 5 vehicle is exceptional from front-to-rear bumper for its Build Quality Comfort & Style. Very reliable vehicle. Great design in the Interior, Exterior and Overall Styling. However, if you are looking for top-of-line Performance and Value go for the Tesla Model3.

A fun car to drive

The 2023 Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL AWD just feels comfortable to drive. The driver assistance features are intuitive and helpful. I often drive unfamiliar cars when I travel, and driving the Ioniq felt second-nature almost immediately after I purchased it. New standard for Hyundai.

The brand has come a long way. The Hyundai Ioniq 5 is truly a next generation vehicle. As soon as you get in you notice how spacious the driver's seat is. By removing the center axel you free up space up front and really create a comfy and spacious cabin experience. Room in back with plenty of head room and a large trunk make this car great for everything and everyone. Performance wise you know you are in the future with quick acceleration and power to go for ages. Awesome!

Tomorrow Today

Absolutely loved the way this looked when I first heard of it (long before it was available). Drove it along with Mustang, Ariya, ID4, EV6, Niro EV, Lightning, and several Teslas. Loved the charge speed, comfort, build quality, styling, range, power, and space. Have taken this on 3 trips (in the first 3 months) of over 1,000 miles, often to remote locations far from chargers, and I’ve gotten pretty comfortable with range. I’m excited to see how it handles winter. My previous EV lost a lot of range, and I expect this will be similar. But I really love this car.

Great car.

An electric car with no compromises, you buy because it is a great car that happens to be electric. The version without the sun roof is better for tall people and this is probably one of the best electric cars out there for tall people although still not ideal for those above 6'6".

Pleased with 2023 IONIQ 5

The 2023 IONIQ 5 is well designed. The dealership experience was good. No hard pressure. The vehicle sells itself. The warranty is best in the industry. The car could be slightly slimmer and slightly shorter - in order to fit easier in some garages, but then you lose some interior cargo space asa a tradeoff.

Both the Interior and exterior of the vehicle feel of quality and futuristic. Spacious and stylish, quick and fun to drive while feeling safe and cozy. Feature loaded and quiet whilst on the road. Great alternative to Tesla's options.

Excellent vehicle - very happy with it.

We were looking for either a hybrid or an electric car since it was time to trade our old vehicle in. We currently have a Toyota RAV4 hybrid and wanted to continue the trend. I had read about the Ioniq 5 but didn’t give it much thought and originally went to the dealer to look at a Kona. We saw the 5 sitting there and decided to try it. It was love at first drive. The acceleration is unbelievable (though it’s something I’ll rarely use) and the ride is incredibly smooth. Even my wife (that cares nothing about a car as long as it gets her from point A to point B) loves it - and that’s truly high praise from her.

Todays Hot Hatch

I am a VW guy and this Ionic reminds me of the early Rabbit and Golfs from the 80's and 90's. Hyundai has really hit the nail on the head with this one. For me from a styling and performance standpoint in the all electric market there was only one choice.

Great performance - wonderful balance between screen display options and physical buttons or knobs - driver visibility excellent - cruise control and following distance easy to implement - power seat for driver easy to control - best feature is i-pedal regenerative braking.

enjoy driving this car. had a great experience with Young Hyundai of Ogdan Utah. The salesman there was a delight to work with, his name is Channin Ford. He was very professional and never pushy. Awesome vehicle

I love my ioniq 5 it's fun to drive and i get between 250 and 300 miles on a single charge. I love the way it looks old school but futuristic, high quality build one of the best cars that I have owned.

Impressive and innovating Car

The Ioniq 5 was a car that I always dreamed of, but never expected to get ever since the concept came out for it a few years ago. There were a lot of options on the market to get an EV but found out this was the best choice out of styling and convience. The car has more tech than most cars at its price point. The interior lighting at night makes it stunning and stand out of its class. The dash and infotainment screen is very well made. All the sites that review and rave this care are 100% correct.

Loving my first EV

This my first EV, I was concerned about range, charging rate, etc...but these have not been issues with my Ioniq 5. The car looks great, rides great and is solid as a rock. I've been very happy with my purchase and will likely never go back to a gas-powered vehicle.

Maybe wait another year…

We love the car but didn’t realize it had no rear wiper. Maybe wait until next year when they include that feature. It’s not a deal breaker, but it does reduce visibility when it rains. Other than that, it’s a great small suv.

Love this car!

This is the nicest car I have ever driven and owned. It feels like what a magic carpet ride would feel like if such a thing actually existed. And the fact that it doesn’t pollute the environment is an incredible bonus. Goodbye gas stations, goodbye oil changes.
