Lemon purchase that company doesn’t want to replace
I haven’t been able to enjoy the vehicle I purchased March 27th, 2023. The car has been at the dealership for 3 consecutive weeks and 3 separate times and when I called your customer service number I was told I wouldn’t get a replacement vehicle and you couldn’t confirm that I would get a full refund on a $60k brand new vehicle because “it came from a 3rd party that would take into account what was wrong with the vehicle”. So your company sold me a lemon and now refuses to take responsibility for it and the dealership won’t even provide us a loaner car so I’m spending over $160 a week just ubering to work. That doesn’t even take into account when I have to buy basic groceries let alone get to any appointments. So I would like either my money back in full, or a brand new replacement vehicle and a reimbursement on all of the Ubers and car rentals since the dealership “didn’t have” any loaner vehicles.
