Lots to like, but a few annoying aspects.

A comfortable ride with plenty of cargo space and built in bells and whistles. But there are a few items that continue to detract from an otherwise great car. As someone of average height, 5'7" but with short legs, the center console is a bit high and can be a little uncomfortable as a right arm rest. The miles left before fill-up is sometimes unreliable. The driver-side wireless charger comes on and off, mostly off to the point of being ineffective, forcing me to use the wired connection. I have brought this up to service twice and they have been unable to address the problem. The radio control panel stopped working and I've had to wait twice for hours while the problem was being looked at. The second time I brought it in to have, "the pin alignment problem," addressed, I waited 3.5 hours before being told that a new replacement part needed to be ordered. I was told I would be called when the part arrived and have been unable to obtain an estimated time when the part would arrive. After 5,000 miles Hyundai service alerted me that it was time for my first service. The dealership said I needed to wait until it reached 8,000. When I brought the car in for "the pin alignment problem," the mileage was at 7,500 and I asked if a first service should be done. I was told to wait until the car reached 8,000 miles. I'm losing confidence in the dealership's ability to address problems and service.

2025 Santa Fe Hybrid SEL Trim package

Excellent value for a mid size three row SUV. That said I wish I had some of the more advanced technology that is found in the higher end trim packages.

FAW System Ruins an Otherwise Perfect Car

First time Hyundai owner and I really like the Santa Fe. That said, I would be open to trading it in and getting a totally different car simply because the FAW system. It's the most annoying, overly-invasive feature I've ever experienced. Can't use cruise control wearing sunglasses?? Whoever came up with that idea is a certified halfwit. Not to mention the fact that it straight up doesn't function properly at night time. Makes it a terrible car for long trips. It's the very first thing I mention whenever anyone asks "How do you like your new Santa Fe?"

First time Hyundai

I am incredibly impressed with this vehicle. The technology is amazing, and the fit, form, and function are remarkable. There are at least two features I wish it had and my old Honda Pilot did have, and those are second row air conditioning controls and walk-away auto locking. I am still in love with this car.

Mostly great but major issue with safety sensors

The car drives great, likes the ease of use for the info system, spacious interior. One major issue was noticed when we setup the bike rack on the hitch with bikes mounted, the car won’t let me reverse out of the garage. No option to turn off the system limitation, so ended up putting car in neutral to push out. This needs to be corrected or this car is not going to work for me.

Luxury that won’t break the bank

A lot of car for the money when compared to other luxury cars. The ride is impressive, the car feels heavy and very well made. Many features, especially the Drivers assist. This car definitely makes you feel safe. So far I’m very impressed. The only complaint is the transmission can seem quirky at the start, almost like a torque converter issue. After that it’s a very smooth shift.
