From Palisade to Santa Fe

After owning two top tier Palisades I leased a 2026 Santa Fe Calligraphy highbred. The quality difference between the two is significant

Good but early issues

I received the vehicle brand new in need of repairs that resulted in me having to make two visits to the dealership and wait a little less than a week for a replacement part. This immediately resulted in me wanting to give the vehicle back but could not because I travelled immediately after delivery for two months. If I could I would have returned the vehicle. Having been forced to keep the vehicle it is good but I am concerned about the long term quality.

Needs a little improvement

Ride needs to be softer and work needs to be done on advanced cruise control, and the collision warning

2026 Santa Fe Hybrid is more than what I expected.

All is good except an issue I had with the brake system where I was provided with a loaner car for 12 days while my vehicle was fixed as to why the brakes locked and I couldn't move my vehicle. Being a brand new 2026 vehicle caused me to have a major concern and to this day it still haunts me that it could occur again.

Over all good, was hoping for better fuel mileage as after 4300 miles, can't reach window sticker numbers

Love My Santa Fe

I love my Santa Fe the only thing that I can’t believe is that I bought a top-of-the-line and doesn't come with a spare tire.

Great service, great design, and great performance.

An excellent dealership that truly stands out for its customer service, transparency, and expertise. Unlike dealerships that focus primarily on making a sale, the team here genuinely takes the time to educate customers, provide helpful guidance, and offer valuable financial advice. Austin, who assisted me throughout the process, was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He handled everything smoothly and made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service, honest advice, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers!

Great value

For the miles we put on a vehicle each year, the Hyundai Santa Fe is a great value. Good gas mileage, easy maintenance, great price, comfortable ride.
