when you hear good things . . .
They called in a "pinch hitter" to drive me to work and I appreciated that--Nicole was fantastic. During the conversations both on my way to work and again on the way back to Sid Dillon later, both drivers I had talked about the caring things that were happening within Sid Dillon. I like to support businesses that care about their employees as well as the customers.

Had an oil change and next day saw oil on garage floor. Went right back to Sid Dillion. They got me in right away. Was a small maintenance issue. After I got home I got a call from Tom saying he would come to house to clean up the spill. I had already done. Thanked them over and over
Now that is Customer service. They are the BEST
