Service diagnosis accuracy, prompt repair
I am 1400 miles from home, working in the area this year. I had experienced a very similar failure symptom that resulting in an unnecessarily replaced engine in a 2015 Santa Fe Sport. This event was drawn out over two months and upon receipt of the 2015, it failed again within three miles, requiring the same harness to be replaced as the lasting repair, much like the 2018 that you diagnosed correctly and repaired in one day. I am grateful for the attention given by advisor Thomas and the expertise demonstrated by the technicians. I will return to your dealership prior to my trip home this fall. Thanks very much.

Usually fine but not this go round.
The staff is always friendly. The oil change was forgotten this time even though that was the primary reason I dropped off the car, but the guys got side tracked in doing a repair -- which I did not know was needed but came up on the diagnostics.

Efficient and fair
The service guys are so efficient and willing to help you out and get your car in quick. LOVE the Starbucks in the waiting area. They explain exactly what's wrong and I think their prices are very fair to fix the issue.

Best service department in town
Sid Dillon has a great service department. My service advisor greets me by name. Makes recommendations to keep my car safe and doesn't upsell me just to earn a few extra dollars. They work quickly and my car is washed and vacuumed when I get it back.
