Friendly and efficient
I had scheduled and oil change. When I talked to the person who was going to be doing that I told him I hadn't been in for my 30000 mile check-up. He checked with his supervisor and told me that he would have time to do that. I didn't realize what time they closed but even after the work was complete my car still went through the carwash! It was very close if not closing time.

Prompt, Friendly
The staff was prompt in greeting me and friendly when I dropped off my vehicle. They showed me where the restrooms were, as well as snacks, and were quick to fix my vehicle (oil change and problem with the washer fluid). They even washed and vacuumed my car!

Always a pleasurable experience
Had to get a new tire on my 2017 Sonata, which had to be ordered ( surprised not in stock).
They were busy but worked me in and also rewashed the car for bug remains!

My salesman, LJ, took the time to introduce me to the team that would be servicing my car the day he sold me it. LJ went above and beyond and because of that I will be with Sid Dillon for all of my car buying needs. The day I had to get my car in I had no questions. I knew right where to take it and the service team handled it from there.

$43 bucks for an oil change is pretty high- lots of coupons for 19.99 to 24.99 available

Our prices are comparable to other shops and
We do use genuine manufacture parts. Some aftermarket parts may be cheaper in price but also in quality which may  not protect your investment as well. We also do have coupons that are sent out that discount the price. Our service also includes a
car wash and a multi pt inspection performed by trained technicians.
Some customer do choose to bring in their own oil and filter which would be fine as well. The labor cost for the oil change is $18.90.
