Buyer beware
Engine light came on 3 times within first three months of owning my brand new Tucson hybrid--something about the emission control system--causing me to have to bring it into the dealership multiple times. Service at my dealership was very poor--they had to order a part that still hasn't come in (10 days later), and they have no idea when it'll be in, so it's still not fixed. I asked to talk to a manager the last time I called, but I was told he was busy & that he'd call back--but I received no call back.
Sad that I bought a hybrid for better emissions, but that's the system in the vehicle that's not working as it should.
Overall, poor quality vehicle, and poor quality of service. This is the first Hyundai I've purchased, and quite possibly the last. Sad.
