I had Firestone balance my tires twice and after both attempts they were still out of balance - so much for "free lifetime tire balance". So they balanced them and they are perfect.
Recently they replaced my warn out struts, but I found the ride to be harsh and they were causing numerous new squeaks and rattles. So I talked to Steve and he went out of his way to get the struts replaced on warranty, of course I had to pay for the labor. But the squeaks and rattles are gone and my car rides great - all for a fair price. I have been using this company for years and they have never lied to me, and the price has always been lower than the dealership and fair.
