I had been informed in December that I'd need a new gas gasket. I made the appointment in Jan. a week in advance to insure the right part was on hand. I arrived at just about the time I told them I'd be dropping the car off when Justin confirmed that the price I'd been quoted in December was in the same ballpark. It was. He phoned [I work across the street at MCC church on Fridays] to inform me the car was ready. As soon as the pastor arrived I walked across the street when I discovered I'd left my wallet at home. There was no hassle returning the keys to drive home to retrieve the wallet. I was slightly apprehensive when I learned that the usual manager I'd dealt with over the past 3 or 4 years, Micah, was no longer at the store. But I [and my car] were treated with utmost professionalism and courtesy.
