Joseph said it's his wife's vehicle but he's heard no complaints. He was completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, and there was only one thing they missed but they fixed it later. They didn't notice a tailgate plastic piece was cracked, and after she got it back and opened the tailgate his wife saw a big piece cracked off. They asked her to return so they could take a picture and order it, but it didn't take up a lot of time, which was very good. This business had to delay the date a couple times but it wasn't their fault. because they were waiting for parts from the dealer, and he had asked them to get the parts from the dealer. They had to push it out to Monday and then Tuesday, but he had a rental and this business arranged it through his insurance, so it worked out. This is a very clean and neat business, and they're very responsive. His daughter had to wait 15 or 20 minutes, but they had a TV she could watch so it was very nice. His insurance uses Cascade Collision Repair. He'd never heard of this business but when he called Esurance they directed him to one they worked with, and now they're owned by Allstate but it started on their own online. It was extremely convenient since Cascade Collision Repair handled everything for him and since Cascade Collision Repair has a really good relationship with his insurance. The receptionist was very courteous, and whenever he called he was referred to who he needed right away. They got back to him right away and they always called with updates on the status. Their Website was very informative and they had pictures of the progress of the work. He was totally happy with everything.
