Valerie stated it was a half hour late, but they gave her a Red Robin gift certificate, and they were spiffing up her vehicle, so she was patient and didn't mind. It was very well done. She was frustrated having the accident because she thought it would never look the same, but her vehicle looks better. Valerie thought they waxed it, it looks like it did when she bought it, and she's totally thrilled. Valerie never had an experience that went so smoothly and so fast. She called and her vehicle was in the next day. The facility is very well kept, she was really pleased, and she'd return, because she knows a place she can trust.
