Spoke with Chelsey. Chelsey said she was not completely satisfied with the quality of the body work. There were 2 issues regarding the door. She brought her vehicle back to the business to resolve her concerns. They fixed the door sensor issue on the passenger door, but it still makes a squeaky noise. The representative advised they fixed the squeaky door, however Chelsey stated she felt they must have addressed some other issue. She has a very busy schedule at home, because her son had an accident. As a result, it is really hard to get to the business to address the squeaky noise issue. Chelsea stated she rated her overall experience with the business a 5, because they do have a great level of customer service at the business. Her repair service was 3 days late. The reason given for the cause of delay was due to removing some overspray on her vehicle. She would definitely recommend the business for repair services.
