Norman said he hasn't seen the vehicle because his son has it. His son told him he was completely satisfied with the repair work. He couldn't believe the work was done so fast. He was waiting on a call back from the insurance company. There was more damage than they first thought. He said he thought it would take another day or so for them to okay the work. His vehicle was ready 4 or 5 days ahead of time. He was very pleased with the speed of the repair and the way it was handled. They were wonderful to deal with. His son was happy and he is pleased with everything.
