Merry said she was rear ended by a lady whose insurance company sent her to this business. She signed a paper saying they could fix or repair the vehicle. Their liaison between the business and the insurance company was not helpful. She wanted to change businesses but was told she had to buy the parts from them for $2,000. At that time Cascade did not have the parts, but she was told they could not return them. She said she felt they were dishonest, especially saying that they could not return the parts, when in fact, they did not have the parts at that time. Her vehicle was not ready when promised. There was a few days delay, no more than a week, but she did not know why. She turned in her rental vehicle thinking hers was fixed. Her vehicle sounded horrible as she started to drive it away. She had family come and get her and she left the vehicle. She stated she felt the personnel just lied. The other party's insurance company recommended this facility. Because of the reasons mentioned, she would not recommend this facility to others.
