er 4 years now. I got a call from George and he carefully went over all the details that he had at the time and let me know when I could expect an update. As promised, he called me and reviewed what needed to be done and obtained my consent - I appreciated that. No surprises! I’ve appreciated the attention to detail and expertise the mechanics have at Bellevue Auto. I trust them explicitly and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

John was great. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and easy to work with. The price they cam
e up with for our trade-in was right inline with what I was expecting. When he came up with the price of the car and I countered, he was empowered to go to the computer and figure out the lowest price on his own without having to go to a manager or get someone else involved. Finance still took a long time, but that was no surprise. I would go here again for sure.

Luke's was recommended by a friend of mine and I stopped by to schedule a brake check.
Not only did
they complete the check while I waited, they did it for free. I was amazed.
They did discover that one of my rear shocks was shot, so I had that service completed once the shocks arrived.
I'm glad to finally have a shop that I can count on for an honest appraisal and competent work.
Strongly recommend.

I had a great experience with Repair Revolution today. I called them because my car was leaking fluid
. They advised me that I would save money if I took the car to the dealership (because it is still under warranty), but offered to do a complimentary fluid check in the meantime. And I am so glad they did, because they found that the dealership had not seated the oil filter properly, and the engine was leaking oil! Gabe took the time to explain everything to me, and even took detailed pictures for me to share with the dealership when I take it in. I left feeling informed and empowered. Thank you so much!
