This was my first time to request service from Tyngsboro Muffler and Brake. Derek at the front desk
was very nice and always made sure I inderstood what was going on with my Trailblazer and options were discussed when needed and the price. I also was provided with a ride to and from the shop. I am very close so that helped for transportation. So, I think they are very nice, and provide a very professional experience and are fair with their pricing. "Yes" I would recommend them.

I was a promptly greeted by Dennis the moment I arrived at the lot. He soon showed me a few vehicles
that fit my criteria, and set up two for me to test drive. Dennis gave some valuable input and I decided on the Honda CR-V. After signing some quick paperwork, I waited a bit—but not too long—for financing to go through. All was well, and I was able to pick up my vehicle the very next business day—again, greeted by Dennis’s welcoming smile as he handed me the keys. I would recommend Modern Auto for a quality used vehicle, without much fuss!

My car had a flat tire that needed to be replaced. I called MERRIMACK TIRE to schedule an appointment
. Service rep answered the phone, said I don’t need an appointment for a tire replacement. Took my info, ordered a new tire and told me to bring whenever convenient. We left it overnight and around 9:00am received a text that it was ready. Picked it up that morning quick and easy. Great experience all around.
