Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.

I had a good experience first time here. I did an oil change and asked about my control arms + squeak
ing brakes.
I came in right at opening and said they would call me back after the brake inspection. The mechanic calls to discuss what is recommended and you can verbally approve work over the phone.
In total it took about 3 hrs for the work above and they are busy with it seems like with returning customers! I didnt know they washed cars for free so that was also really pleasant. I would come back again.

ary things. They explained the car’s problem clearly, and the work was done very well. You can tell they truly care about helping the customer and doing things the right way.
