Started out with recall. Had an issue with tires out of balance the first day so came back next day
and Justin checked out the tires again and pinpointing one of my front WHEELS was bent and moved it to the back of car where I can drive it but need to fix it soon! Thank you!

Mike and his team are the best mechanics I’ve dealt with over the past 25 years. He will tell you exa
ctly what’s wrong and what’s needed for the repair. Mike will also tell you what needs to be watched - and he’s honest about it. I’ve had other service centers tell me I need to repair things on Mike’s watchlist and push me to have them do the work - but never just watch. I trust Mike to let me know when the time to watch something is up and needs to be done.

I definitely will come back to Tony’s. My engine light came on this morning. Jessie was wonderful and
went they my car with a fine tooth comb and found several things my normal mechanic missed. Like a fan motor was disconnected ??♀️. Tony’s will be my go to shop from now on. Excellent service . Thank you soo much Jessie for doing such a great job !!

I want to personally thank Mo, Matthew, Stephen, Mercedes, the back office staff, the detail team and the technician because of their customer service in the service dept. 5 out of 5!! It felt like I was driving a brand new car all over again when I left there today with a grin from ear to ear!!
