He helped me make decisions when I asked, and offered suggestions or advice when he knew I was seeking experienced wisdom. He was never pushy on the sales, giving me time to come to my own decisions. He turned what could have been a nervous situation for me into one of joyful excitement. I got the Kona of my dreams and left with no buyers remorse. I highly recommend this dealership and CARLOS.
