It was almost time for my oil change but my brakes had been squeaking for weeks now and it was concerning and irritating to me. So off to see Jack and Jan I went. I made the appointment on line, which was really easy, and Jan gave me a ride home, as it was going to more than an hour. By afternoon I had a call from Jack telling me that the brakes were OK, but they had to take them apart and lubricate them to make the squeak go away, but they got it fixed - HOORAY. And the got the oil changed and the check up done too. I am always impressed with the professionalism here.

The mechanics here are top notch and certified, and always fix the problem correctly the first time. The husband and wife who own it are wonderful and always treat my family very well. It’s great that we can drop off our car the night before late in the evening and put our information and key in the drop box. Our cars are running so much better since we’ve been coming to Auto Care Plus, and I’m never scared to drive my car anywhere. My car is 21 years old, and I have taken it up to the mountains in Arizona or for long local drives, and I never have problems.
