I had never been to Sun mark, so as always I was leery of going there as a needed a new mechanic. The
gentleman that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and took care of my Jeep with his expertise. I am very satisfied and I will return. And it helps that my mechanic also owns a Jeep so I feel 100 times more comfortable. Would highly recommend

The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.
I am very appreciative of their great customer service and passion for cars. I will definitely come back for any future maintenance/service needs.

h time I take it in, it has been an easy process. Jillian has been my service advisor for my most recent services. She is so patient and pleasant to deal with. This visit, I received a video sent to me by my technician that covered my complete inspection of my car. I expected the video to tell me I needed additional work. It did not. I really appreciated the video just to show me what they covered and did. Pleasantly surprised. Hope I get a video like that every time in the future.

My daughters car has had AC issues and she is stationed out of FL right now so I had to follow up on
the issue. My boyfriend told me about Mike’s. Amy is so sweet, she was very welcoming and Mike explained what he needed to do to check the AC, it was pretty quick. So far the AC is still cool, he said if it gets warm again to bring it back.
