Metro Motors, Jamie, and his staff have serviced and repaired my new Jaguar since 2005. They have never let me down
I have been a resident of Georgetown since 1993 and lived just around the corner from Metro Motor. It
was my "local" for fuel and service. In 2005 I purchased a new Jaguar X-TYPE and Jamie and Metro Motor have taken care of it from the beginning for mechanical problems great and small. Jamie has always correctly diagnosed the problems, and his staff of skilled mechanics have always fixed it.
I was always astonished and pleased by the skill and politeness of Jamie and his staff.

I have been bringing my car to Metro Motors for several years, after a neighbor recommended them. The
y are extremely helpful and quick with repairs. My car has more than 131,000 miles and runs like a champ thanks to the great service. I will have my son bring his car here once he's home from college this winter.

I can't say enough for this whole group. From Chris to Mike to Dion to Ray, THEY CARE. That says it
all for me. My BMW has only been serviced by them, and at 203,000 miles, I continue to drive it until Chris says park it. They have maintained this car in proper driving condition for 10 years. There is a small town feel to this big city garage. You can depend on them.

Had the 2013 minivan back in for an oil change with a day's notice. David and Sam got it taken care
of and contacted me for pick up. I feel great knowing that they checked things out and would have let me know if there were other necessary preventative maintenance, but none was required this time. With service like this, I could probably be driving this car for another ten years.

I live within walking distance of Arlington AutoCare (AA) and I use these guys for all 4 of my vehicl
es (Mini 06, Forester 15, Forester 20, and CrossTrek 23). The inspections are east and I usually get regular maintenance service at the same time. But, they tend to keep my care overnight even when it is for a regular oil change. Other times, I think they forget to perform services they charge for, I have proof. The make this the auto services that is better than dealerships, a quality control process should be implemented, improve communications, and return vehicles as they were received (meaning no greasy hand prints, no protective covers left inside, and all windows, sunroofs, and dials returned. I will keep using this servicer but will keep my options opened.
