I called the day before to schedule our BMW for service. Jacob told me that he could get me in at the
time that fit my needs around other appointments. I arrived at the time discussed and maintenance was performed while I waited, in less that an hour I was headed out to continue my day. They have a nice clean and comfortable waiting area!

It was my first time going to Desert Car Care for an oil change, and it was so lovely. The front desk
staff were so friendly and nice, they made me feel welcomed right away! They let me know what needed to be done on my car next, without pushing me to buy it that day. They did a great job on my car. I 100% recommend them.

My daughter-in-law Kiya's AC went out in her Honda and she was quoted a high price to replace it. I
called a few places to check prices and when I called K.A.R. I was very impressed. Kris was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He gave me a price that was out the door all taxes , labor and parts included. He also said Kiya may not need a whole AC unit and he would let us know and adjust the price. Well guess what she didn't need a whole new unit. The thing I value most at an auto shop besides good work is honesty! There was no up-selling, he didn't try to sell a whole unit that wasn't needed and that is what keeps customers coming back honesty and great work. K.A.R. Shop will be getting our business from now on.
