Excellent and Personable customer service
All of the employees at Rim Monster have been accommodating, professional and sincere. I've come in n umerous times with issues with my car that would be annoying to most auto mechanics, and these gentlemen took care of me without even one bit of hesitation! For example, the hood of car won't open for a simple oilchange, or car won't go into reverse... And they accomodated me with a true professionalism and friendliness that is unparalleled. Awesome experience
I could not be more grateful to Linda, Russell, Don and Tyler!!!! I took my vehicle in to have a hub and bearing put on and ended up with a horrific scenario due to horrible workmanship of my previous mechanic. You can quite literally say Tire City saved my life and the lives of my grandchildren!!!!! I was driving around with the CV joint, literally not connected to the vehicle and a lot of damage because of it. I am not willing to go into a great deal of detail. I am willing to say I will never go anywhere, but Tire City, to have my vehicle worked on. I am so grateful to the people there for their kindness, a tentativeness and most importantly their honesty.
