in car sales. He was honest, knowledgeable, and helpful in all phases of our purchase. He got us an agreeable price on our trade-in car which helped in the down payment. Eighteen year old truck is not service from the Dealer I bought the truck from. I came to Caliber as
a referral. This truck use to get me to and from work, now it sits in front waiting to go to Jack in the Box. Time snuke up on her . A list of things had gone wrong, but still I needed that truck to still perform like when I bought new. Still need that dependability. Caliber came through and made all the problems go away. Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.
