I wrote a pretty negative review of KMH on Google and would have liked to have updated it but I could
n’t do that so I am going to write a new one based on my experiences, Thursday., July 14 and Friday, July 15. Checking in for a new battery was seamless and very pleasant. I spoke to Aric about my Tucson and the importance of having a dependable, well-running vehicle. He is a great service manager. When car was done a report indicated that the engine filter and cabin did not pass manufacturer’s recommendation. Aric changed the engine filter (which was filthy) for me.
George, Customer Service Manager, called and he told me to stop by Friday. Aric checked the cabin filter which was okay so something must be wrong with the checking machine. George asked if there was anything else that bothered/concerned me about the car. (Nothing !). Then he topped off my gas tank which was so nice of him. I was really impressed with the attention and care my car received.
I gladly give KMH a higher rating than my 1st review.
