With all of the large "Chain" and "Stealership" vehicle repair shops; Dallas European Auto is truly a
breath of fresh air. This shop is big enough to serve you yet small enough to get to know you. The work is Top Notch and their customer service is excellent . They make you feel like a part of the process keeping you informed all along the way. There are no unexpected surprises. The knowledge base of the employees is second to none and this provides a comfort level not normally experienced when dealing with major auto repairs on foreign vehicles. Management's "Customer First" attitude is contagious and all of the employees seamlessly follow suit. Oh and did I forget to mention the prices are more than reasonable and they are willing to work with you . I would recommend Dallas European Auto to anyone. These guys are great!

me as soon possible! I understand the delay for the approval in the warranty process. I have my car for over two years and 93,000 miles on it! It is almost paid for so hopefully I can drive it for another 100k. When I am ready to buy another car it will only be a Hyundai! They have the best warranty program out there! I am very grateful for Luke Rodgers service to me in dealing with what turned out to be a lengthy pro
cess in getting my 2016 Genesis driver's side mirror replaced. It took a while to get the part, then the mirror had to be painted, then was accidentally damaged, reordered and repainted, and then I was out of town. But we got it installed today and through it all, Luke was gracious, professional, very personable and persistent in making sure he was providing good customer service and that I was pleased. It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.
