Car is given a complete inspection. They send you the information and suggest what (if any) repairs a
re needed to be done and in order of importance. Customer service wants to work with at all times. Excellent in my opinion.

Bill has taken care of 5 of our cars. Most recently he repaired the drive shaft on our 2001 Subaru Ou
tback. It was towed from Payson. Bill ordered 4 different after market parts as Subaru does not make them after 10 years. None of the parts fit and were returned. Consistent with his determination to find a solution, he located a local person to rebuild the part! The Subaru is now safe to drive! THANK YOU! THANK YOU for your EXCELLENT service with a smile! I drove across a concrete block while pulling into a parking slot at my doctor's office, and when I r
eversed my car to back away from the block, it ripped my front bumper loose across the entire front of the car. My spouse called Mile Repair the following morning, and although it would not have been a major repair, they agreed to look at the car right away. Long story short, Mile put my bumper back together and sold me a new battery all for a very reasonable price. A short time later, I picked up my car and you couldn't tell it had even been damaged. I am so grateful to these guys for their service!
