I brought my Jeep to Happy Karz with a engine related noise, possibly the AC compressor. After they i
nspected the vehicle they diagnosed a noisy idler pully, a much less costly repair than an AC compressor.
As soon as I authorized the repairs, they immediately started and were finished a couple hours later. I was able to pick up my Jeep before noon.
Their facility is clean, their personnel are courteous, their pricing is fair, and they do not try to up sell the repairs.
Based on my experience, I have found a new auto service/repair mechanic.

I had my 2020 GMC Sierra that i bought brand new and i brought it in to have a dual exhaust installe
d with a Magna flow muffler and black tips this was done back in 03/28/2020 they did this on a short notice and got me done on a saturday, wow fantastic.
well now i bought a brand new 2023 silverado and i'm going to call and go back to have my dual exaust done .

I used to only come for a vehicle inspection, but today I stopped in for an oil change. Not only did
they complete the job very quickly, but they also fulfilled my additional request to inflate the tires, diagnosed another issue, and printed out an estimate. A great place with wonderful office staff and employees.

Had aSuperlift 2 1/2 inch lift and some Kenda Klever R/Testing put on my Jeep wrangler. The work was
done in a timely and professional manner. Price was just as quoted. This is the second time I have had a lift put on a Jeep by them. Same experience every time. Will use them in the future.

Cillis is a wonderful auto repair shop. Kevin, the owner and his lovely wife make the place very welc
oming and family friendly. I had a rebuilt engine replaced in my 2003 Dodge Ram at Cillis 7 years ago. My truck still runs great. Of course, I maintain it too. Only recently I had a brake sensor replaced.
Personally I can relax knowing my vehicle will be repaired correctly. I still refer anyone looking for an auto repair shop with great mechanics and customer service to Cillis Car Care.

I am so pleased to make this post it is not often (if ever). that I am compelled to write a post BUT,
I want to let the world know about the customer service experience I have had with this dealership. I have never felt like I was just a customer or that I am gonna be ripped off. The reps answered all my questions and informed me of my options. They explained everything to me in detail. The GM -owner should be very proud of his team THEY are wonderful.
