rocess was smooth, and the front office lady I spoke with listened to my concerns and took detailed notes. I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM and received a call around 1:30 PM letting me know it was ready for pickup.
I had requested an engine coolant replacement based on my manufacturer's maintenance schedule, but after inspecting it, they told me it was still in good condition—so I appreciated not being upsold on something unnecessary. I did have the oil changed and the A/C serviced, both at a reasonable price.
