by saying that, as a female, I felt very at ease from the start.
I showed up on a Saturday morning as a walk in and José immediately greeted me and helped me address the issue. My car was making screeching noises and first thing he said was let’s take it for a test drive that way I can figure out what the issue is. He knew right away what the issue was. He is very knowledgeable, patient and personable! On top of that, the service was faster than I had anticipated. I highly recommend !
