For this specific invoice, I’d give the job:

Why 4 rather than 3:

price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — $216.99 for the Interstate MT-51R is very reasonable.
Work performed: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — They tested the battery/starting system, cleaned the terminals and tray, installed the battery properly, installed the felt protectors, and tested it afterward.
Professionalism/documentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — Detailed invoice, mileage recorded, warranty information, AAA-approved facility.
Labor/value: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ — $95 is definitely higher than I'd like for a straightforward CR-V battery replacement.
Overall value: ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ — $356.52 out the door is higher than an excellent deal, but not outrageous for professional LA automotive service.
If the total had been around $300–$315, I'd give it 5 stars. At $356.52, I'd settle on 4 stars.
And importantly, I would not give them 2 or 3 stars based solely on this invoice. The $95 labor charge is the only thing that really bothers me.
