lt being replaced. He was very helpful and respectful unlike the staff over at Bellevue Honda. My seat belt was replaced in a timely manner, even when I missed my appointment. Andrey took care of my shuttle service without a hitch. The staff over at the parts department also were very helpful. Last thing I want to mention is that the place was very clean and spotless. I would definitely go back for my parts and service needs.

Service Manager Greg was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He made a point to make a personal c
onnection and instilled trust and confidence in the service provided. Customer Service agent Ashley was equally personable, knowledgeable and kind. The Shop provided an honest best and worst case cost scenario and when all was said and done, it was half of the worst case projection and still under what we anticipated. I’m sorry I’m only visiting as I’d return for our regular car maintenance. Nice people. Good service. Highly recommend!
