I have always had great service with ONB employees. My vehicles are done when expected and they alway
s have a loaner car for me to use. They keep me updated on how things are going and always let me know if they find something unexpected! Thank you!

They were a little understaffed on a very busy day, but they managed to swap our snow tires in a reas
onable amount of time. I appreciate the personalized touch you get when you talk to the guys behind the counter here. Even after several managers through the years, I can always expect good service from these guys.

My vehicle had several issues that needed to be checked. They were very efficient and quickly got a d
iagnosis. Lisa was so friendly and pleasant to visit with while I waited. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to be serviced.

Caleb and his team are always quick to get my car fixed and easy to communicate with. They go the ext
ra mile, provide reasonable quotes, and consistently deliver great service. I also appreciate that they’re honest and don’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs like some other shops. Highly recommend!

My SUV signaled it was time for dealer maintenance. When my new car service plan expired, I switched
to the Redmond Werkshop not only for convenience but also confidence I would not be oversold services.
