We came from 7 hours away to purchased a new to us SL450 and our friend recommended we bring the car
to DEA for a pre purchase inspection.
The PPI was money well spent as Robert uncovered a small intermittent coolant leak during the inspection. We made a deal on the car based on the repair costs.
We needed to return home the next day and were scheduled to return in a month for other business. Adam scheduled a service visit with us for our return. They were ready and waiting with the parts when we arrived. Robert was able to repair the leak and get us back on the road the same day for less than originally thought.
You won't find friendly, courteous, professional service like this team provides anywhere else, especially at the fair, reasonable prices they charge.
We will make the trip back here for any major service we need in the future.

I am very grateful for Luke Rodgers service to me in dealing with what turned out to be a lengthy pro
cess in getting my 2016 Genesis driver's side mirror replaced. It took a while to get the part, then the mirror had to be painted, then was accidentally damaged, reordered and repainted, and then I was out of town. But we got it installed today and through it all, Luke was gracious, professional, very personable and persistent in making sure he was providing good customer service and that I was pleased. 10, Owen Williams you were fantastic. You had my car assessed, printed me the proposal, and scheduled
me as soon possible! I understand the delay for the approval in the warranty process. I have my car for over two years and 93,000 miles on it! It is almost paid for so hopefully I can drive it for another 100k. When I am ready to buy another car it will only be a Hyundai! They have the best warranty program out there! It is always strange to rate a car service experience as a pleasure, but they do make it as enjoyable
as possible. The communication is always direct and concise at a fair price. For an auto repair shop that says alot.
I could not recommend they more highly for any of your automotive needs.
