I’m very detail-oriented and ask a lot of questions and Jacky was very personable and friendly and willing to explain wherever I asked in detail. Mechanics were also very personable. epairs to my coolant system and my car is running great. They are friendly, do quality work and they get your car back quickly. I felt they went above and beyond to answer any questions I had and talk through concerns and processes. This means a lot to me because as a woman that is unfamiliar with cars, I feel I can trust them with their recommendations completely. ed the power had dropped and I took it in the did their diagnostic test and man…they had it pinpointed the three things I needed and what would keep it in the road fixed the challenge and I k ow what to now have fixed when I have the bank so I can piecemeal the problems..Victor was my guy and extremely communicative on a level I understood.
