Service bay issues.
I have explained I went in for oil change and tire rotation on tires I bought at this dealer that had a lifetime free tire rotation when purchased. The new Ziegler dealership does not honor that deal yet is sending our similar coupons.

I've been coming to Zeigler Hyundai for over a year now purchased a Santa Fe and now getting my wife's car serviced there because they fast friendly and have openings for service unlike other dealerships saying they can't get me in till 2 weeks out Zeigler got me in the same weekend I called in that's why I'm going get my service done by them from now on.

Vere quick oil change on my last visit (35 min). Service department personnel are friendly and helpful. I feel like I can trust the team at Racine Hyundai by suggesting work that's unnecessary. Overall great experience!

Great service
David McGowan was the individual who took care of getting my car in and out with less than expected wait time. He was polite and professional. He answered all my questions and had a great personality/attitude!! My original review was a 4 star, however, that was due to a bad experience when trying to deal with the GM. David and the experience I had when working with him....definitely deserves a 5 star!!
