I was contacted by my Service Advisor and he took care of the pricing discrepancy with no issues. He also took the time to address the other issues that I had brought up that were under his control. I appreciated it.

Ron was great, however corporate sucks!
I really like Ron. He was very kind, listened, was concerned and showed great attention to detail. Corporate however, listened like a box of rocks. I now have a $40,000 lemon because the engine was somehow miraculously repaired with a cleaning. It will start burning oil again then I’m gonna be stuck with the bill. I will never ever ever ever ever ever evvvvvver buy a Hyundai again. And I will tell my friends not to as well. I’m only giving high scores because your bs method of scoring your employees falls in the individual that actually wanted to help me and not your bs useless corporate office.

Don’t buy Hyundai their warranty means nothing, it’s a lie, corporate will dick you around after they knowingly sell lemon engines
There’s a known issue with engines burning oil and instead of replacing the engine, they do a cleaning so you will have the issue again later. The warranty is a joke and so is Hyundai. Stay away from Hyundai.

Oil Leak - Repaired
I am really grateful to the service technicians for finding the source of the oil leak and getting the issue resolved. I was also impressed by the due diligence demonstrated by my Service Adviser "Chad Schmitz" who made sure the repair was long-lasting and performed to his satisfaction. Much appreciated and Thanks!
