Rameswar said he always goes there. He likes this place and they're inexpensive compared to other places, they don't do unnecessary stuff. This time he was having starter problems and ended up paying $1,000, he was expecting to pay less. He mentioned he had asked them if or why he would have to go to them specifically for warranty issues, but he did not receive a clear answer from them.

I have been taking my car here for over 5 years now and always receive top notch service. They are so helpful and professional. Wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Dropped off our 2005 Chevy Colorado on Monday, June 2, 2025 because the check engine light had come on. Communication was poor - made multiple phone calls to check status of repairs and were told “call back tomorrow”, one call left on hold so long it disconnected, and a couple calls where nobody answered during business hours after over a dozen rings. Finally picked up the truck on Wednesday, June 18, two and a half weeks after dropping it off, because we did not trust Arlington Autocare to do anything else to it.

The truck ran really rough on pick-up (when it was running fine at drop-off) and on top of that, the truck’s battery was completely dead when we tried to start it again to take it to another repair shop.

The other shop let us know the repair at Arlington Autocare had been done incorrectly and they’d corrected it; we’ll be paying to replace the battery as well, but the other shop diagnosed and fixed the bad repair in a single business day. We spent $1700 and lost use of our only vehicle for two and a half weeks, plus whatever we’ll be paying the other shop for fixing Arlington Autocare’s screw-up.

State inspection. Good service, but wait time was too long

Tyler said there was not as much communication with the front desk as he hoped for, the customer service felt rushed. He said they still did an incredible job.

James said it was good, he made the appointment but was there for 2 hours for an oil change, next time he will probably just drop it off.

The technician kept us informed and discussed various options. JP is very customer oriented - and we appreciated his work with us.

Fast and Professional

Arlington AutoCare was great! I brought my car in on Tuesday morning after hearing terrible screeching and rumbling noises. JP was able to diagnose the problem and fix the vehicle by Wednesday evening! This was a stressful situation for me and everyone at Arlington AutoCare was polite, friendly, and explained every part of the process to me throughout the way. Will definitely be coming here for all my car needs!

we’ve been going there for over 15 years and 3 cars later! They don’t try to over sell you, like my dealer did. They fix the problem(s). Good experience every time.
