Thomas said online they were fantastic but the actual location was not. He called and set up an appointment and they told him it was in the system, but when he got there they said the tires had not arrived, and he had taken time off to be there that day. They told him he could call customer service but he couldn't at the time because they were closed. When he did speak with them, they said the tires were actually there and they gave him the tracking number. When he went back, they told him again that the tires weren't there and after finally getting the tires installed, he found that they had installed the wrong tires. At that point they had to uninstall and reinstall the right tires while he waited for there for an hour. He again had taken two and a half hours off of work to be there. They were really nice in the store and the person on the phone was nice, but the fact that they didn't have the tires and then installed the wrong tires, and he had to travel a distance to get to them when there were other places he could've gone to, made him think he will most likely not be going there again.

Quick Turnaround on identifying Operation Issue
Service representative Muhammed was able to fit me in on a Saturday afternoon lineup for a short-fuse request to determine the root cause of my car’s battery gauge suddenly dropping from middle normal to extremely low; acceleration only raised the level so slight. Master service mechanic Osario, who has worked considerably on my car in the past, let me know he would be conducting the diagnostic. After 25-minutes, Osario took me out to the garage to show me the issue with a diagnostic monitor hooked up to my battery. It was reading 11-volts with the engine running and by pulling up on the accelerator between 11.5-11.75 volts. Ideally, the reading should be 13.0-14.0 volts generated from the alternator. The alternator was going bad. Additionally, a separate reading from the battery read low amperage, indicating it was time for a replacement. Muhammed provided me an estimate for labor to install a new alternator and new battery, which included a diagnostic check to ensure the repair worked; $650. I would be supplying the parts since my car was built in 1996 and no longer in production. Osario, in the interim, had my battery hooked up to a charger to ensure I could safely drive the car home. The entire staff was very professional and courteous, providing conscientious customer service. Highly Recommended!

Very pricy the labor
