I live within walking distance of Arlington AutoCare (AA) and I use these guys for all 4 of my vehicles (Mini 06, Forester 15, Forester 20, and CrossTrek 23). The inspections are east and I usually get regular maintenance service at the same time. But, they tend to keep my care overnight even when it is for a regular oil change. Other times, I think they forget to perform services they charge for, I have proof. The make this the auto services that is better than dealerships, a quality control process should be implemented, improve communications, and return vehicles as they were received (meaning no greasy hand prints, no protective covers left inside, and all windows, sunroofs, and dials returned. I will keep using this servicer but will keep my options opened.

As always we appreciate your taking good care of our 2015 RAV4. She us in tip top shape thanks to you all. A pleasant Patricia, at the front desk signed our RAV4 in and explained what would need to be done according to the car's documentation. The technician, Joey, changed the engine oil filter, performed a Mobil Super Full Synthetic oil change, rotated the tires, charged for a cooling kit, put in antifreeze, checked brakes, performed coolant flush and performed a brake flush. The labor came to $270.00 and $179.32 for parts/supplies. The total bill with tax and Hazmat charge came to
$465.08. We shall be driving down to Florida and driving back up to
Arlington so we are very confident
that our RAV4 will be safe, thanks

I bought my car in for service and knew I had to wait however I had little to no wait. The customer service rep. was friendly and responsive. Thank You!

I brought my car for the safety inspection. The wait time was almost zero; the representative was very polite and efficient.

David said with his first repair, he came in for brakes but they said they were fine. They wanted to charge him around $300 to clean his engine and said he had an oil leak, which he wasn't aware of. He was able to get the price down to around $100 with them taking the labor charge off. He tried several times to get a hold of Kristof the general manager but did not. He then spoke with Manny the service writer who gave him an estimate for headlights for around $200. He came back and said they needed different bulbs and a new ballast, which raised the price to around $1300 for this service. They brought the price down for him to $1100, but he is now still having issues with his lights and the warning error messages coming up. He told the tech to take it back and reset the error messages but he was unable to, and said it was a faulty part that shouldn't have been used. As a result the error messages are still coming on,and David is unaware if there is a true problem or if it's just the warning lights malfunctioning.

Andrew said ease of coming in dropping off the vehicle, the front desk people are friendly, and they called him when his vehicle was ready.

I came for a safety check. I went inside to ask what to do. Staff walked outside with me to see the situation. He saw there was a long lineup. Told me to return in an hour. When I did I blocked the doorway. but staff was kind with me and told me where to reposition the car. The car ahead of me was leaving her car for 2 hours so staff took me right away. Just appreciated kindness of two staff persons.

I came in with a car issue and within 24 hours it was fixed. The front staff are very friendly and really listen to your concerns. They are honest about turnaround times, and the mechanics/techs in the garage are quite skilled. AAA approved. They have a new customer for life.
