I started with Gary’s a few years ago when my Prius had a dead battery (the regular battery not the P
rius battery). I live just down the street and had it towed there. John and the crew were so friendly and helpful. It was not a bad way to spend a New Years Eve afternoon. Since then I’ve gone back for oil changes and regular maintenance and have always been satisfied. I’m preparing to drive cross- country and John and Gary and the crew serviced it yesterday. The dealership told me a couple serious repairs were needed on my VW when I took it in for a simple b
rake job. I took it to German Auto looking for a second opinion and hopefully a better price. They discovered that the dealer was wrong and only 1 repair was needed, which they did for less than the dealer’s price. The other was actually something different, very minor and extremely inexpensive. I am incredibly grateful! Everyone is very friendly, helpful and really knowledgeable. They have my business going forward.
