Watson Automotive worked on my Toyota truck. It turned out to be a bigger job than they expected, and
it took a little longer than they anticipated, but they did a good job and they did it for a very reasonable rate. I took a week to write this review so that I could see if any issues cropped up. It seems to be fine, although there was what appeared to be a small oil leak under the transmission that hadn't existed before. It appears to have dissipated, so maybe it wasn't a leak, just a spill or something. We'll see. Thank you, Alan, for fixing my truck. It was definitely a big job. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 because you didn't call me when you said you would. You didn't have it ready at the time you estimated; twice, and I had to drive to the shop to find out the status. Great service as always! Alex is so kind, he's honest about what needs to be done, but no pressure,
he just let's you know, and what the most important service that needs to be done first. The shop has comfy couches, nice TV and even had good smelling candles going if you need to wait. I 100% recommend Happy H Karz!
