Longer response)- I was told by the dealership that my wife's 2017 Yukon needed a new a/c condenser and that it was gonna cost me my firstborn. Although I pondered the amount of time and money it would save me to give up my child, I decided to call around to get an idea on this “GMC certified” deal that had just been offered. Most of the big-name shops wanted big-time money and I was beginning to think that I was gonna have to either tough it out with no a/c or accept the deal. But I had a moment of clarity and called a highly reviewed business (on Yelp) in DFW and one closer to Midlothian. Rick’s was the latter and ultimately the best with not only the best pricing but also the fastest turnaround time and warranty! Now my wife is happily driving around with a functioning a/c. Plus with all of that money we saved, we now get to spend it on our kid's activities instead! Happy Days!

I went in the shop today because they were on the list in Repair pal. Upon entering, the welcome was
amazing. Matt spoke to me like he had known me forever, and that eased my anxieties. He looked at the list of repairs that I was given by another garage, checked my vehicle and then told me what I needed and what I didn't. He quoted the prices, and at once I realized that they were cheaper. They gave me a ride home, while they worked on my vehicle and then came to get me when they were done. I was very impressed with his honesty, and with their efficiency.
I will definitely make them my garage, moving forward.
