I brought my car in as dealership wanted $2000 to buy and install new pos/neg cables for the battery.
You guys replaced the terminals for a fraction of the cost and even installed a new battery tie down. Everyone was friendly, helpful and great to work with. For any future repairs or maintenance, Sipes is on the top of my list. Thanks!

The service is good, and people are friendly. I went on a snowy day. Limited parking. I went to park
in the last space and as I got out of the car was told to move it as "I need to out the snow there'. Could have been more polite, or indicated me not to park there. Annoying. The oil change was fine though and I will go back again.
