These folks put people and honesty first. I have been going to them for 15 years and every time they
do me right and plus some. When one dealer mechanic said you need 4700.00 worth of work to be safe and in specs, they reviewed and said for a car with 100,000 miles it is in great shape and all is well. Sure things are not the same as new but nothing is broken or dangerous so no need now to do anything. Come back in 10k miles and we will check again. WOWOWOWO. Then when the water pump on another car the dealer said not under warranty 2780.00. They quoted me 1000 less because they know their stuff. No they are not cheap, just honest and straightforward about what you need when. I simply trust them as they ALWAYS do the right thing.

I had the engine on my truck replaced here, the service and especially the communication about where
in the process they were was fantastic. Sylvester called almost everyday to update me on progress and it was much appreciated. I will now be bringing my truck here for routine maintenance. Thanks you guys!

I called Jeffrey on Black Friday, that was yesterday, he said he is close and to come on Monday, but
I told him I can't coz I work, and my car is long overdue for change oil and need safety check. He told me to drop off my car in the shop and he'll go in later and check it. He called me early morning the next day, and that my car is ready. I was so happy that he accommodated me, although he supposedly close. And, he always gives advise and couple of suggestions what's best for the car. He is very respectful, very attentive and so easy to talk to. He's cool?. I highly recommend him, if you are looking for a mechanic you can trust, especially to the ladies.

I’ve been trying to find a good honest mechanic since Jason’s in Tujunga is no longer is business. I
am very pleased with J&E and will continue to take my car there. I would highly recommend them. There are so many businesses nearby if you want to roam the streets while waiting for your vehicle to be serviced.
