This was our 2nd routine service appointment and a carbon copy of the 1st visit. The attention to ou
r concerns was again followed through. Robert, Service Advisor, informed us at checkout that these items were completed as we asked. We could not have been more pleased with our service handled by Robert. This consistency in the quality of service and personnel, coupled with the respect shown for our vehicle is greatly appreciated. The new building and waiting area is super clean, bright and comfortable. Although the exceptional service is why we will continue to return to Mack Grubbs to maintain our Hyundai, the personnel and the newly designed building make it a pleasant experience.

I brought my Sonata in for routine service. The only problem was that they had it all day from 10:20
till after 5.., we came around 4 to pick it up and was told about 15 more minutes but it was almost 45 minutes and was told after I complained, that the wheel alignment machine wasn’t working right and that was the reason. I’m not overly upset over this cause usually my servicing goes well but wanted you to know.
